Search For Any Mail In Microsoft Outlook Faster!!!

 Hi All,

Microsoft Outlook is a daily driver for many peoples around the world. It is one of the best email client since decade. But one thing irritates is searching emails on MS outlook. 

Main problems are,

- You can not search by attachment name (especially if the attachment name is numbers only)

- You can not search older mails very quickly

- You have to sort too much things to find an exact mail

Well, there are many third party tools available for MS Outlook search. But the one I like hasslefree is below,

Its a paid app, but works very well. 

But you can have it for free with a simple trick as under,

1. Download a trial version of X1 search buy entering your details in the below mentioned link,

2. Now you will receive a download link with trial user ID and password in the email you have entered in the trial form. Just download the trial software and install it.

3. It will asks for licence ID and password when it first run. Now the real catch is here,

4. Enter the licence ID you have received in your mail but dont enter the password. Instead enter the       below mentioned password,

"downloadly.ir" (without quotes)

and your are done!!! 😀

You have full version of the X1 search !! Just disable the auto update in settings shown as below image,

5. Just set the options how the indexing done in the main menu,

6. It will take some time as per your mail box size and PC configuration. Its a one time process and after that you can find almost any mail in a second. 

7. You just have to search it in the X1 search.
