How to make Excel, Word, Chrome open faster !!!

If you are required to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint (office tools) or Google Chrome very frequently and tired of slow opening of apps. Particularly on slow hardware. Than there is a simple way to improve the performance of the apps on PC. 

Simple trick is you have to disable "Hardware Acceleration"...How? 

You can do it as under,

1. First open MS office app (word or Excel Or PowerPoint, I've used excel for demo.) and click on "File" and select "Options"

  

2. Now click on "Advance" Tab

3. Now scroll down to display section and tick the box "Disable hardware graphics acceleration" 

4. And click on "OK" button

You are good to go. Now try to open any office app it will open fast :) 

Similarly you can do it in google chrome also,

1. Click on tiny three vertical dots on the top right corner of chrome window and select "Settings"

2. Now scroll down and select "Advanced" option

3. Scroll down further to "System" Tab and disable option which says "Use hardware acceleration when available" 

It will asks for relaunch the browser. Just click on relaunch. You are done !!

You will notice significant change in browser opening time. :)
